With close to 200 countries on the map today, the world offers too much than I can experience in my lifetime. But I hope to make my mark anyway, a city and a country at a time.

I live to see the world.

I began scratching the travel map from as young as two, when I’d cross the border to visit relatives. Trips to further destinations became a yearly affair as I grew older. And when I got to earn my keep, multiple short trips a year became a norm – sometimes to escape, other times to bond with travel partners, and all the time to create lasting experiences.

I do minimal planning for my travels. I love walking wherever my feet takes me, discovering the nooks and crannies of cobblestoned walkways, stumbling into hole-in-the-wall soulful eateries, and people-watching at cafés. This is the exploratory life I learnt to lead when I studied in New York. Ironically, or not, it’s because I lived in one of the fastest paced cities in the world that I appreciate life slowed down.

I freelance for travel blogs, but never for myself. Hence, I started this blog to document how I experience the world.

This is my story. What’s yours?
